Warranty Warning
All equipment sold must be installed by a Qualified Electrician with an legal wiremen's license, registered with the Department of Labour to be authorised to issue a legal Certificate Of Compliance (COC), thus ensuring the correct electrical installation according to regulations, to validate any warranty cover.

Delivery 
Delivery are 3 to 4 days.

Orders 
All orders must be completed and submitted via the online order form.

Outside Of Gauteng Delivery 
Request a quotation for regions outside of Gauteng. (Courier service permitted)

Out Of Box Fault 
Do not uninstall the item immediately. Email or phone us the technician may require additional information describing the faults. Only then when authorised may the item be uninstalled. Goods must be returned to our offices, or directly to the service centre for either swap out or repair. All return cost to our office is for your account and the re-deliver will be for our account.

Warranty 
All products are covered under the Manufacturers Warranty unless otherwise stated.

Warranty Exclusions 
All inverters sold need installation by a Qualified Electrician, an authorised CoC (Certificate Of Compliance) issued to ensure correct installation, to validate any warranty cover.
